Yaaaaaay. My favorite kind of post. The babe on a budget. I won’t lie to you, I kind of die for this outfit. Something about it feels so retro, classic, and cool. What’s better is that the top cost around $18 at Necessary Clothing and the skirt cost $5.95 at H&M. If that ain’t shopping on a budget, I don’t know what is. Throw on some Sam Adelman heels and some Ray-Bans and you are bound to turn heads on the street. ENJOY.
