Happy Friday, and furthermore – Happy Valentine’s Day! I’m particularly pumped about this one because I have my first “real” Valentine in about 5 years.  Ya know, the one you’re actually super excited about.  Details following that will come around to the blog sooner or later ;)  But for now, let’s talk clothes.

For Valentine’s Day there are two colors you just can’t go wrong with – black and red.  Wistful, sexy, and romantic.  Here I’ve kept the look all black (and a little white) with a pop of pinkish-red lipstick.  The top has plenty of sex appeal with an open back and low front V, and the black coated pants keep me warm but also add a little extra somethin’ somethin’.

Who doesn’t love a little skull action to keep things badass?

This fuzzy sweater I bought at Kohls, oddly enough.  I honestly would never meander into Kohl’s on my own, however my aunt and grandma are big fans, so when I was Christmas shopping for them I spotted this puppy and knew I had to work it into my wardrobe.  Looking like Big Foot may not be for everyone, but it sure is for me.

A pair of open-toed Steve Madden heels may not be the most ideal as we’ve got about 8 inches of slush and snow in NYC, but if you can rock em, they sure would look good!

And oh yeah, this girl has got hearts in her eyes..
