Hey guys! This is a super-quick toning workout that is the basis for pretty much every workout I do. Some days I add abs, some days I add glute work, etc..but this workout is what I’ve pretty much got down pat. Personally, my toning workouts are no longer than 20-25 mins, BUT if you’re a serious gym rat then this will make a great warm-up for your workout. This gets the heart pumping and the muscles tightening. You can perform this anywhere – even in your kitchen while you wait for those Gingerbread cookies to bake!
