Alohhhhaaaaa!  It’s been a while since I (Ava) have shared workout moves with you, so when I got home last night from a 10 hour bar shift, I thought “It’s time to take some pictures!”..even though I was feeling pretty crappy.  I just love you guys THAT much.  So here you have it; 4 body toning moves using a chair! You don’t even have to leave your dining room table to get a workout in! #NoExcuses

First up: Toe Taps.  This’ll get you warmed up and breaking a sweat.  Start in the above position and jump to switch to tap the toe on your other foot.  Do this for a full minute.  Rest for 30 seconds and then repeat.

Move 2: Tricep Dips.  Start in the above position and then extend to straighten your arms.  Do 20 reps, rest for 30 seconds and repeat.

Move 3: Decline Pushups.  Start in the above position..

And lower down into the usual pushup position.  These are more difficult because your weight is unevenly distributed – obviously more is on your upper body.  Do 10 full motion declines, rest for 30 seconds, and repeat!

Move 4: The pelvic thruuuuust.  Really get into it when you say thrust.  This is for the booty.  Start by laying flat as shown in a nice and peaceful position.

Push up into the above position, and be sure that your body is streamlined in order to get the full effects of the move.  Do 20 slow, controlled thrusts, rest 30 seconds, and you guessed it – repeat!

And there you have it! 4 Body Toning Moves that can all be done in the privacy of your own home, with no money spent.  You DO have a chair, right?!
