Good Morning!  We’re going to take full advantage of the summer months by bringing you our new series, Backyard Workouts!  These exercises can easily be done at  home, inside or outside.  If you prefer the gym, you can take it there too.

For time sake, we’ll demonstrate the movements, but not do a full set.
