This workout focuses around the bosu ball. This is one of my favorite workout tools. The bosu creates an unstable platform, forcing you to use additional muscles while you exercise. I’m all about multitasking. Switch up your routine with the bosu. Most exercises you do while standing can be performed on here as well.
This workout is a total body routine meant to be done as a circuit. If your current routine is broken up by body parts, perform this circuit once a week as a total body finisher to your week. If you are going to do this routine only, do it 3 times a week with a rest day in between each workout. Change your routine after 3 weeks.
