Hey guys! Happy Saturday.  I bring you the Must Have Move that you should be incorporating into your workout today; The Decline Pushup.  This move is great for the whole body, and you’ll notice that the decline makes you work that much harder to keep your core tight and keep everything in a straight line.  Do 3 sets of 10 or 3 sets of 20 (depending on your Popeye strength level) in between your other moves.  Use a chair, a bench, your dog..Wait not your dog.
