As part of this campaign, Puma sent us some awesome gear from their new Formlite shoe line, as well as a top and bottom to try from their new compression clothing line.
These shoes are soooo light (um, hence the name) and are designed to have an aerodynamic, flexible fit. The mid-sole has rubber pods that aim to help with stability and comfort, while the exterior design is modeled after a feather. They even LOOK light as a feather, don’t you think? I’ve worn them for some circuit-training, burpees, a long walk (to really see how they travel), and I’d recommend them to someone looking for an affordable and comfortable training shoe. PUMA’s technology compression line, with its “next to skin layers” are made mostly of lycra and are designed to help maximize your workout performance. I love the stretch of the material (not to mention the print of the pants, but we’ll get there momentarily), as the pants were just as snug as I’d like them to be, with the top being not too form-fitting at all. I could actually have done with a smaller size in the top, which you can kind of see here. I know a lot of people LOVE longer tank tops, but I feel that as a girl with short legs and a booty, they’re not the most flattering on me. Anyway, no harm, no foul – next time I’ll grab a size smaller!
These pants…Ohh, these pants. I picked these up fresh from the laundromat yesterday and was tempted to just hang in them all night as sweatpants instead of get them all gross and sweaty at the gym. So fun and so comfortable – I’ll definitely be on the hunt to purchase some more of these.
