We all want that lean flat mid section for the summer, or anytime for that matter, try this workout 2 – 3 times a week.  It’s challenging, but it should be.  That’s how I like to workout, if it doesn’t seem a little difficult, I don’t feel I’m improving my strength or my stamina.

I try to give you workouts you can do at home or in the gym.  If you don’t have kettle bells, use a weight, if you don’t have weights, don’t use anything except your own body weight

Remember to eat clean, Abs begin in the kitchen!
