Happy Monday!  Okay, so maybe I shouldn’t have started this video with quite possibly the most awkward workout move around, but hey, we love a challenge right?!?

Wow, I can’t believe we’re half way through summer.  Let’s take advantage of the great weather while we can.

Perform each exercise 12-15 repetitions, 3 sets.  If the exercise is for both sides of your abs, then 12-15 reps each side :)
