Happy Monday Morning! It’s a beautiful day here in CT, no humidity, plenty of sunshine and it’s in the low 80′s. Sounds to me like the perfect day to workout outside!
Today we’re doing our biceps. It’s great to pair your biceps workout with your triceps. Triceps will be our last video in the series next week.
Perform each exercise for 3 sets, 12-15 reps. Your weight should challenge you, but not compromise your form.
