Hey friends! OK, so I’ve been having the same AMAZING post-workout shake for the past few weeks, and I just have to share the details. I always say I’m going to change up the ingredients, but when something’s SO good time and time again, why mess with it? This shake is refreshing, filling, and satisfying.
1 Scoop Gold Standard Whey Protein (I use Mocha Cappucino!) 25 g protein
1/3 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1/4 Cup Frozen Raspberries
1 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Maca Powder
1/2 Cup Almond Milk
*I always start with that much almond milk and then depending on the consistency I’d like the shake to be add in some more milk or ice cubes after a few pulses of the blender.
*Add-in Suggestions: Yogurt, Bananas, Blackberreies
