Morning! I just wanted to share this smoothie recipe that came about simply by throwing a bunch of stuff from the fridge into my Magic Bullet.  I was going on a walk along the East River before grabbing some dinner, so I wanted to make a “half” protein smoothie to hold me over.

I am not exactly a fan of measuring – I’m more of a taste tester – so just add these ingredients as little or as much as you would like!

P.S., I would never have thought to throw in a Laughing Cow cream cheese wedge, but got the idea from a previous post by Julie .  Thanks for the idea, girl!

Throw some cinnamon on top and you’re done!

Sooo yummy, I swear.  Obviously if you want a full-sized smoothie, load up on ingredients! Enjoy.
