Hey all.  Hope you’re having a great morning!

As I was uploading my pictures for this post, I came to the realization that nearly ALL of my meals yesterday were breakfast.  That’s right, all day = breakfast.  Too funny to me because as I have mentioned before I did NOT enjoy breakfast growing up.  I can remember that my mom took care of all the weekday meals, and Sunday was my dad’s day to shine.  I never ever ever participated in his huge breakfast of eggs, sausage, bacon, and hash browns (sorry dad).  In fact, the only time I came downstairs for Sunday breakfast was if there were chocolate chip pancakes involved.  Damn, what a little brat.  Although, not much has changed on the choc chip pancake loving front..

Except that they are now protein based, as opposed to buttermilk.

This batch was fairly simple (and a little burnt): Sprouted Grain Mix, Almond Milk, Chia Seeds and Choc chips, topped with a nice little bananer.

I snacked on some Vanilla Choc Chunk Chobani a little while later, and then headed to my workout.

Post workout and post Barnes and Noble trip, I whipped up some oatmeal.

Old fashioned oats, apple, shaved almond, cinnamon, and pom seeds.  Nice and filling.

Later, when I was doing a million things on my computer and simultaneously tuning into The Sandlot on ABC fam (seriously, how amazing is The Sandlot?! #ChildhoodFavorite), I was starving and needed to whip up something quick.

So how about a nice plate of randomness?

1 Bagel Thin – 1 side topped with Laughing Cow Cinnamon cream cheese (fantastic), 1 side topped with a runny egg.  Tomatoes and carrots on the side because I am just constantly snacking on these guys.  Again, BREAKFAST!

Dessert was indeed breakfast related as well, but I will share that later on!!!
