  • 1 Cup Soy Cappuccino Milk
  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Mixed Berries
  • 8-10 Almonds

Smoothies or juices are usually something I leave for the summer.  For some reason, a juice just doesn’t do it for me in the colder months. They call it comfort food, right?  Not comfort leafy green juice.  However, on a day like yesterday when I knew I that I 1) Wouldn’t have time to cook and 2) Wouldn’t be home for several hours I knew that I had to make a seriously filling, seriously yummy smoothie to power me through the many hours.

The obvious pro to smoothies is getting in a ton of fruits, veggies and necessary nutrients in one shot.  This smoothie is LOADED up with good fats and protein.

Chocolate protein powder (only 10g), Soy Cappuccino milk (amazing!), cacao nibs, almonds, spinach and mixed berries make this smoothie one helluva meal.  I added some water and threw the mix in the Nutribullet for 15 seconds and Voila!  What you’re left with is a delicious tasting Chocolate Cappuccino Smoothie! P.S., you really won’t know the spinach is in there!
