• 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 3 Scoops Protein Powder

Holy cow – these no-bake protein balls have been giving me lifeeeee.  Delicious, simple to make, no baking required.  Um, yeah, this is the perfect snack to pack in a ziplock for a long day.  OR, if you’re like me, you manage to grab one at breakfast, lunch and dinner too.  This batch was pretty simple and veeeery heavy on the peanut butter, but I can’t wait to play around with different recipes as each week goes on! I’m thinking raisin & walnut for the next batch..heck, yes.

This is the perfect snack for those with a sweet tooth, and they’re still totally suitable for a post-workout treat.  Simply mix all of the ingredients listed above in a large bowl, make into bite-size balls, throw in the fridge for a minimum of 40 minutes, and enjoy!
