- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
- 2 tbsp organic PB
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 cup coconut sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut shreds
- 1/4 cup PB chips

I’m not really a sweets person either (carboholic baby), so this is not an issue. However, every once in a while the mood strikes. These were an awesome mix between a cookie and brownie – crisp on the outside and super moist on the inside. They were teeny tiny, so we’ll call them “bites”! I completely submerged mine in coconut almond milk before popping them into my mouth.

*Mix together the dry ingredients until there are no lumps – Add the rest of the ingredients except for coconut flakes & PB chips – Mix, then fold coconut and PB chips last.
