- 1 scoop Designer Whey Strawberry Protein Powder
- 1/2 cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup whole strawberries
- 2 tbs chia seeds, soaked in 1/2 cup of water for 20 minutes
- 4 torn basil leaves
- 1 cup ice
Hey There! As some of you know, I attended a 3 hour juicing class last night in the hopes of learning a little bit more about my Vitamix. I’ll post about that next week, but the fun of all the blending got me to thinking, how about a post workout smoothie recipe today and a Designer Whey Giveaway?!?

We’re giving away one tub of vanilla and one tub of strawberry. In honor of the all the fresh produce available right now, here’s a great recipe using the strawberry flavor.
If you’re using a Vitamix like me, you can put all the ingredients right in and blend. If you’re using a traditional blender, you may have to cut up your strawberries and tear your basil. Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
