Alright..if you’re somebody that is into fitness and working out, there’s not a doubt in my mind that oatmeal makes its way into your breakfast rotation.  I have oatmeal probably 3 times a week, when I don’t feel like cooking or I’m just not in the mood for eggs yet (I’ll save it for lunch if anything).  I personally love mine with old fashioned oats, powdered peanut butter, almond milk and some fruit, cinnamon and honey.  YUM.  But for those that don’t even want to assemble that in the morning, why not bake some protein oatmeal cups?

These pics and this recipe is courtesy of Chloe.  Pop these in the oven for 20 min at 375 degrees, and pack them in take-out containers for the week.  If you have a microwave at work, even better! Just keep refrigerated and nook in the microwave for 30 seconds.  Voila, breakfast.

2 cups old fashioned oats,

1/4 cup agave,

1 scoop protein powder – we love Aloha! (use code FGD20 for discount),

2tbs flax seed, 2tbs hemp hearts,

1/2 cup unsweetened apple butter,

1/4 cup cranraisins,

1/4 chopped almonds,

1 1/2 cups almond milk,

tbs baking powder,

tbs cinnamon.

Top off with whatever fruit you have or would like!
