Yum!  I feel like this is my week of obsessions.  As you know from my earlier post, the new Silk Almond Dark Chocolate Milk is right up there.  The shake I made the other day was so darn good, I made it again after my workout this morning.

I hope you looooove it as much as I do!  Mix all the ingredients in a blender and enjoy
