It’s August. It’s hot. It’s the perfect time to make some refreshing smoothies!
Lately, I’ve really been loving smoothies on the go. It’s the perfect cool-me-down drink to have when I’m walking to work or on the subway.
As if you couldn’t already tell from my earlier post, I am REALLY obsessing over Aloha products this summer. I’m so thrilled to have found a protein powder that tastes “clean” and also keeps me full for a few hours. Every time I make this particular smoothie I feel like I am on an island. Furrrrreal.
With that said, here is the recipe:
2 Scoops Aloha Chocolate Protein
1 Packed Aloha Daily Good Greens
1 small handful frozen blueberries
1 small frozen banana
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
Lots of Ice!
***A game changer in making smoothies is freezing your fruit beforehand, as it gives that super creamy-ice cream texture!
