Helllloooo Fit Girls.  So this is not the first clean, protein-based cookie you’ve seen on the blog – however, it is a much tastier version than seen in the past.  The base ingredients remain the same, with some little extras that really make a difference.  We never want clean eating to be bland, so have FUN with your cookie ingredients.  I literally looked around me and threw in whatever I thought would work!

The ingredients:

1 Cup Oats

3/4 Cup Silk Dark Chocolate Soy Milk

1 Scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder

1 packet Justin’s Maple almond butter

1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds

1/4 Cup Chunky, Unsweetened Applesauce

A few dashes of Cinnamon

2 Tablespoon Pepitas (for crunch)

1 Packet Stevia (I’ve found that a sweetener is key)

AND the tastiest ingredient here – 1 Wedge of Laughing Cow cinnamon cream cheese


On a cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.  I warmed some grape jelly in the microwave to drizzle over the cookies, and bit into them to discover a warm, gooey, delicious treat.  Have these for breakfast next to some egg whites or as a post-workout snack!  Or keep them in zip-lock bags in your purse for when you need a midday treat.
