Green Juice.  Some are on the bandwagon, some are still weary, and some are vets and have been drinking it for years before the craze came around.  I think the majority of people are still weary, because let’s face it – green juices can be nasty.  I love green juices because it’s the quickest way to get your vitamins from veggies in, but sometimes the taste is compromised.  This green juice I’ve been making at the end of each week (to get rid of the last of my spinach) is so tasty and takes less than a minute to assemble and make.  I think the key to making any juice taste good is 1. a good juicer/blender and 2. adding the right fruits to counter the bitterness of the veggies.

2 Handfuls Spinach

3/4 Cored Green Apple (super sweet!)

8 Cashews (I always add nuts for healthy fats and a touch of creaminess)

Optional: Chia Seeds, Maca Powder, Pom Powder
